Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 24, 2026
Talentium LLC (“Talentium,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you visit our website, contact us about hiring talent, or apply to join the Talentium Network.
Information we collect
When you submit a client inquiry, we may collect your name, work email address, company, the type of talent solution you are interested in, and any information you choose to include in your message.
When you apply to join the Talentium Network, we may collect your name, email address, country, area of expertise, LinkedIn profile, résumé/CV, and information contained within those materials, including your professional background, education, skills, and experience.
We may also receive limited technical information associated with use of our website and form services, such as IP address, browser or device information, where provided by the technologies and service providers supporting the website.
How we use your information
We use personal information to respond to client inquiries; evaluate potential candidates and professional profiles; match talent with current or future opportunities; communicate with you regarding Talentium services, opportunities, or applications; operate and protect our website and forms; prevent spam, fraud, and misuse; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Submitting an application to the Talentium Network does not guarantee consideration for, referral to, or placement in any particular role.
Candidate information and résumés
When you join the Talentium Network, you authorize Talentium to review the information you provide for potential professional opportunities.
Talentium may retain candidate information for up to 24 months so that we can consider candidates for future opportunities, unless a shorter retention period applies through the services we use or you request deletion earlier. We may retain information for a longer period where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
You may ask us to delete your candidate profile or résumé at any time by contacting us at connect@talentium360.com.
How information is shared
Talentium does not sell personal information.
We may share personal information with service providers that help us operate the website and process submissions, and, where appropriate, with prospective clients or business partners in connection with evaluating a candidate for a professional opportunity.
We will not intentionally present a candidate’s profile or résumé to a prospective employer or client outside the normal Talentium matching and recruitment process without an appropriate business purpose.
Form processing and Basin
Talentium currently uses Basin to receive and manage website form submissions. Information submitted through our Client Inquiry and Talent Network forms is transmitted to and processed through Basin.
Basin stores submissions so they can be accessed and managed by Talentium and provides retention and deletion controls. Basin is operated by Moonshot Ventures Inc. in Canada and states that certain subprocessors may process data in other jurisdictions.
You can read Basin’s Privacy Policy on their website.
International data transfers
Talentium works with companies and professionals across different countries. As a result, personal information may be processed in, accessed from, or transferred to countries other than the country in which you live.
Where required, we and our service providers use appropriate measures for international transfers of personal information.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the ability to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain processing.
Regardless of location, you may contact Talentium to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted through our website.
Requests can be sent to connect@talentium360.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Data security
Talentium takes reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system, however, can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Basin states that data processed through its service is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Third-party services
Our website may use third-party services necessary to operate the site, including form-processing and font-delivery services. Those providers may process limited technical information according to their own privacy practices.
Links to third-party websites, including LinkedIn, are governed by the privacy practices of those third parties.
Children
Talentium’s services and Talent Network are intended for professionals and businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through the Talent Network.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Talentium, our website, or our services evolve. The current version will be posted on this page with its latest update date.
